Welcome to IMTools.Store, a brand of Message Magic Media Inc., a Software Marketing and Marketing Training Provider located in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, our privacy policy, and any other applicable policies. 

The 5 Dollar Friday affiliate program is operated by Message Magic Media Inc. Anyone who joins it is also bound by the Affiliate Terms in Part 2. If the two parts conflict, the Affiliate Terms prevail for matters relating to the affiliate program.

1. Services Provided

IMTools.Store offers a variety of software marketing tools, resources, and training programs to help businesses and individuals improve their digital marketing efforts. Our services may include, but are not limited to, marketing software, e-books, webinar training, private coaching programs and online courses.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals and businesses aged 18 and older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the IMTools.Store website are the property of Message Magic Media Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases made through the IMTools.Store website are subject to the pricing and payment terms outlined on the relevant product or service page. Refunds and credits are handled as described in our refund policy.

5. Your Conduct

As a user of our services, you agree to use the IMTools.Store website and resources in a lawful and ethical manner. You will not engage in any activities that could harm or interfere with the operation of our website or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Message Magic Media Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages related to your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product you purchased.

We do not guarantee any particular income, sales, or marketing results from our products, training, or coaching. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, and circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using our website or services after an update, you accept the current version.

Third-Party Software

Some of the software and tools we offer are created and supported by third-party vendors. Those products may also be subject to the vendor's own terms and policies, which you agree to follow. We are not responsible for changes to, or the discontinuation of, a third-party product.

How the Program Works

We provide strong tools, training, and support. In return, we expect real participation. If you are not going to actively promote, please don't sign up. We won't spend time or energy on inactive accounts.

A1. Becoming an Affiliate

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Approval is at our discretion. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Message Magic Media Inc. You have no authority to make promises or sign agreements on our behalf, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

A2. Commissions

Our program pays commissions on three tiers:

Commissions are earned only on actual sales of our products to paying customers. We do not pay commissions for signing up or recruiting affiliates.

• Commissions are paid on the 25th of each month.
• Established affiliates receive payment with no hold. New or unknown affiliates have a 14- to 30-day hold.
• Refunds reverse the related commissions. If a commission has already been paid, we may deduct it from your future payments.
• We may add higher tiers or bonuses later for high-performing affiliates.

A3. Participation Is Required

We will provide lead-generation resources, referral tools, training, and support. In return, you agree to participate.

Examples of non-participation that can lead to account closure (after earned commissions are paid, unless the issue is harmful to the company):

• Averaging fewer than 5 qualifying referrals per month in any 90-day period. A qualifying referral is a customer or lead that we can track to your link.
• Opting out of our affiliate program emails. We will still send you required account and payment notices.
• Zero logins to your affiliate account and training center for 60 days.

Before closing an account for non-participation, we will email you and allow 14 days to respond or resume participation.

If you need to pause for a legitimate reason, contact support at support link and explain the situation. We will give special consideration and can keep the account open.

A4. How You May Promote

You may promote using approved methods and materials. You must:

• Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission if someone buys through your link, placed near the link or recommendation.
• Make only truthful claims. No misleading income promises, false scarcity, or deceptive testimonials.
• Follow applicable laws, including Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), advertising rules, and consumer protection rules.
• Use our brand materials only as permitted.

A5. Prohibited Traffic and Methods

You may not promote using:

• Traffic exchanges, viral mailers, downline builders, or paid-to-click and incentive sites.
• Adult sites.
• Bot or automated traffic.
• Cookie stuffing, brand or trademark bidding, cloaking, or methods that manipulate tracking.
• Spam, including unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or social media messages.
• Sites involving illegal activity, hate, malware, or copyright infringement.
• Any other method that is deceptive or harmful.

A6. Termination

We may close an affiliate account at any time.

• In most cases we will pay commissions already earned, then stop further promotion.
• If the termination is for something harmful to the company, such as fraud, prohibited traffic or methods, or damage to our brand, we may withhold unpaid commissions as compensation for the damage.

A8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email affiliates about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation after that means you accept the current version. If you do not agree, you may close your account.
